1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical issue that prevents the use of our app's features and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Event Cancellation: If your event is canceled, you may request a refund as follows:
    • Full refund if the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the event date.
    • 50% refund if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event date.
    • No refund if the cancellation occurs on or after the event date.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service (e.g., failure to send WhatsApp messages, inability to process and recognize photos), you may be eligible for a full refund.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team at support@cheery-events.com with your order details, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation or screenshots.
  • Review and Response: Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. We may ask for additional information to process your request.
  • Approval and Processing: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for customers who simply change their minds after purchasing our services.
  • Partial Usage: If you have partially used our services (e.g., some guests have uploaded photos, some photos have been processed and shared), you are not eligible for a full refund.
  • Incorrect Information: If the services were not delivered due to incorrect information provided by you (e.g., wrong WhatsApp numbers, incorrect event dates), refunds will not be issued.

4. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
